Wow doggy, did I ever have the weirdest night ! I will spare you all the details-but what has come from it , is the realization that I have been putting off /afraid to implement the changes that I know will benefit me in the long run.
So I am returning to juicing and Ninja-ing (smoothies) and re-embracing and recommitting myself to my Vegetarian lifestyle!! So a toast: May you discover that which brings you joy and good health and peace of mind!
